After you make your mannequin of my Scalloped Potatoes (keep in mind, any variation is okay!), ship a picture of your creation to cookingchallenge@spendwithpennies.com.

1. Make the recipe of the month (or a variation of it!).
2. Snap {a photograph} of your creation.
3. E-mail pictures to cookingchallenge@spendwithpennies.com by the ultimate day of the month at 11:59 PM PST for a chance to win a $100 Amazon reward card.
